You can pay by cash on delivery or with your credit card with absolute security.

We accept payment by cash or credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express) or PayPal.

Which simple way of payment is cash on delivery.

Of course, LelexTea enables you to pay with your credit card through the international

How much is the shipping cost?

For orders over 25 €, shipping cost is free for all regions of Greece.

For orders below 25 € the cost is 4 € up to 2kg and then 1.00 € for every extra kg.

How much is the order sent?

Is the ordering process safe?

The ordering process is absolutely safe from start to finish.

In our website we use the latest 128-bit concealment technology to protect your personal data.

You will also notice that our internet address changes from “http” to “htpps”, thus indicating a safe site. Also a lock symbol appears in the right or left corner of your browser when your order is in progress.

Is my personal data safe?

We keep all information confidential and secure.

All orders are passed through a secure server and your personal data is only used to the extent that it is strictly necessary to fulfill the terms and obligations of the individual services provided by www.LelexTea to its users.

Will the courier company contact me before delivery?

The courier company does NOT always communicate by phone before deliveries.

Why is my mobile phone necessary and useful?

There are two main reasons for asking for your phone.

– So LelexTea can confirm the validity of your order.

– The courier company we partner does not undertake to carry out the shipment without entering it your phone.

How do I add products to my shopping cart?

By selecting the desired category first and selecting the product you are interested in, select the amount of 2,3,4 weight in grams (100, 200, 500) and then click on the “Add” button. You can also use the search engine to find our products easier.

How do I remove unwanted products from my shopping cart?

To remove a product from the shopping cart, simply reset the quantity, or tick the square next to the product you want to remove in the appropriate column and click on the “Refresh” button.

How can I order;

To order, just add all the desired products to your shopping cart and click either the “Cashier” or “Basket” button located in the top right corner of your screen. Then follow the instructions and continue until you complete the order until you see the message “Successful Order”.

If I make my order, can I see what stage it is?

Yes! Simply click on the ‘My Account’ button at the top right of your screen and see all your previous orders.

 

Is there a Value Added Tax (VAT) on your products?

We are required to charge a 24% VAT on all teas and herbs.

Returns / Replacement of Products

Anything in the food / beverage category is not replaced. LelexTea must be notified by email about the problem within the first 5 days of the delivery date.

How can I send a gift to another address?

To send our products to a different address or to another recipient, you specify a new recipient address upon your exit to the cashier or before completing your order. On the “Delivery Information” screen by clicking on the “Change Address” button, you can enter “New Delivery Address”.
