Menstruation tea, “Nouminiakon” relieves period pains.

In particular, the mixture contains Angelica, Dog rose, Yarrow, St. John’s wort, Cloves, Anise, Rosemary, Spearmint, Calendula, Cinnamon, Rock Rose, Vitex Agnus Castus, Parsley, Lemon balm, Rustyback fern and Ginger.

Vitex Agnus-castus is the ultimate herb for women. Plant rich in volatile oils, alkaloids and organic and natural pigments. It effectively contributes to the treatment of many gynecological diseases. It has been shown to minimize period pains and premenstrual syndrome. At the same time, it is also ideal for treating polycystic ovary syndrome and amenorrhea.

Angelica is rich in phytoestrogens which are undoubtedly especially important for women. Especially, for those who have symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome). In addition, they also use it to treat menopausal hot flashes, as well as irregular or absent menstruation.
